These are pictures of a Dragline excavator I saw while travelling around country Victoria (Australia) the dragline is now just a feature in a roadside park. Sadly it is missing the bucket and most of the copper wiring. It was powered by electricity running off a 415vac 3 phase supply. It lies on the Bendigo road just out of a small town (which has a very nice tourist railway) called Maldon. This part of Victoria is well known for its gold mining a task this dragline would have been used on.
